OTJ Digital Photo Frame Warranty: 1-Year Coverage
The OTJ Frame includes a 1-year limited warranty when purchased on Amazon. This page explains what is covered, what is not, and how to get service. Keep your Amazon order ID and your device serial number handy.

What is covered
We cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use during the warranty period. If a covered defect arises, OTJ will, at its option, repair the unit, replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better functionality, or issue a refund.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage, drops, liquid contact, fire, power surges, or misuse.

Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.

Normal aging or consumables.

Damage from improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Third-party apps or services, including the Frameo app and any cloud services.

Accessories not supplied by OTJ.
Your responsibilities

Provide proof of purchase and the device serial number (on the frame, go to Settings > About).

Describe the issue and share clear photos or a short video if possible.

Back up or export any photos before sending in a device, since service may erase stored content.
How to get service
Within 30 days of delivery
Start a return or replacement through your Amazon order page. Amazon policies will apply.
After 30 days and within 1 year
Contact OTJ Support using the form on our Contact page. Include your Amazon order ID, device serial number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or a short video if helpful. We will provide next steps and, if needed, a return authorization. Do not send your device without an authorization.
Remedy and warranty period
If we repair or replace your device, the repaired or replacement unit is covered for the longer of the remaining original warranty or 90 days. Replacement units may be new or refurbished and will be functionally equivalent.
Territory and eligibility
This warranty applies to genuine OTJ Frames purchased on Amazon from an authorized seller. It is valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Coverage and consumer rights may vary by location.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or content stored on the device. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country.
